IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL AND/OR USE:
Our apps use device identifiers to personalize content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyze our traffic. We also share such identifiers and other information from your device with our social media, advertising and analytics partners.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
1. USE
(a) Installation and Use.
‘DotSight Software’ grants you the right to install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computer running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT was designed [e.g. Android™].
(b) Backup Copies.
You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(b) Distribution.
You may not distribute registered versions purchased through Android Market copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties. Free evaluation ‘lite’ versions available for download from ‘DotSight Software’s websites and/or Android market may be freely distributed.
(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
(d) Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(e) Support Services.
‘DotSight Software’ may (but is not obliged to) provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (“Support Services”). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
(f) Compliance with Applicable Laws.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(g) Children using the product must at all times be supervised by an adult, usage by children under 15 years is not recommended.
3. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, ‘DotSight Software’ may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in your possession.
4. COPYRIGHT
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by ‘DotSight Software’ or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ‘DotSight Software’.
5. NO WARRANTIES
‘DotSight Software’ expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided ‘As Is’ without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. ‘DotSight Software’ does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. ‘DotSight Software’ makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. ‘DotSight Software’ further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall ‘DotSight Software’ be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of ‘Authorized Users’ use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if ‘DotSight Software’ has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will ‘DotSight Software’ be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. ‘DotSight Software’ shall have no liability with respect to the content of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
‘DotSight Software’ reserves the right to change/update it’s terms and conditions (including this end T&C) at any time without prior notice.
8. SUPPORT & UPDATES
‘DotSight Software’ may or may not fix reported or unreported issues in the software at its own discretion. ‘DotSight Software’ may or may not provide updates to the software. The user of the software may or may not receive updates automatically depending on settings of the operating system. By using the software the user agrees to receiving such updates without prior notice. ‘DotSight Software’ can make no guarantees to as future versions and/or updates of the software product will be compatible with the users device or that the software will perform comparable to the originally obtained version.
9. Internet access requirement & data traffic cost
The software may use internet connectivity for transmission and/or reception of data. By using the software the user approves of internet use and confirms to be aware that such communications – depending on telecom operator and/or contract – can cost money. By using the software the user agrees to any such costs and agrees to be responsible for paying the respective party(s). The software requires internet access to function properly.
10. Usage limitations
The user must refrain from using the software if:
– in situations where the user cannot dedicate full attention to using the software such as (but not limited to): baby-sitting, cooking, driving, operating machinery etc.
– the device the software is located on might be required for emergency communications or any other important tasks.
11. Epilepsy warning
Some people are likely to suffer from epileptic attacks, or loss of consciousness, particularly when looking at some types of strong flashing lights: rapid succession of images or repetition of simple geometric shapes, flashes or explosions. Such people leave themselves open to the risk of attacks when playing some video games which include such stimulation, even if they have no medical history or have never experienced such attacks themselves. If you or a member of your family have already displayed symptoms associated with epilepsy (attacks or loss of consciousness) when faced with flashing lights, consult your doctor before using the product. Parents should pay particular attention to their children when they are playing with video games. If you or your child displays one of the following symptoms: vertigo, blurred vision, eye or muscle spasms, disorientation, uncontrollable movements or convulsions, or brief loss of consciousness, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY and consult a doctor.
